We are in search of a Manager for Internal Communications - Specialized Individual. The role is fully remote and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. This role will focus on developing and executing communication strategies for our Legal & Compliance and Finance teams.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Manager for Internal Communications with a strong background in corporate communications. This specialized individual will develop and execute communication strategies for our Legal & Compliance and Finance teams.

This role is based in Washington, District of Columbia, offering a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams and leaders to develop and implement strategic communication plans in support of various business initiatives and changes.
  • Produce communication materials for strategic plans, including writing, review/editing, video production, information gathering.
  • Manage and enhance functional communication channels, such as department calls, newsletters, etc.
  • Assist with organizational change initiatives by drafting communication materials, including FAQs, talking points, organizational announcements.
  • Work on functional meetings and event content creation, including content management, video creation, and preparing meeting collateral.
  • Ensure that all communications align with the company’s strategies, goals, objectives, and brand.
  • Balance the demands of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritize high-value projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5 Years of work experience in Communications, Marketing, and/or Branding is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to analyze and measure success through strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Experience in Finance and healthcare-related fields is a plus.
