Accounts Payable Clerk

Robert Half is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk on a long-term contract position for a client of ours in the Rockledge, FL area. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role in managing and processing employee expense reports, interacting with internal employees, and supporting the accounts payable function to ensure timely and correct payment of vendor invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process employee expense reports
• Work collaboratively with internal employees to manage expense reports
• Support the accounts payable function to ensure vendor invoices are paid correctly and on time
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and invoice processing tasks
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit
• Prepare expense reports using skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Coding Invoices, and Data Entry
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed.
• Demonstrable experience in the field of Accounts Payable (AP) is required
• Proficiency in coding invoices is essential
• Solid data entry skills are necessary for accurate record keeping
• Experience in invoice processing is a must
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary for data management and analysis
• Ability to handle and prepare expense reports efficiently
• Experience in preparing expense reports to ensure accurate financial management
