Job Summary
As a CSR at Christian, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve handling inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing information about our HVAC & Plumbing services. You will work closely with the service team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients from initial contact through to follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule service appointments, taking into account customer preferences and service team availability.
- Provide accurate information on HVAC services, pricing, and special promotions.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, service follow-ups, and general questions.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely responses to service requests and emergencies.
- Manage customer accounts and update service records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries and complaints.
