Staff Accountant

• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Regularly perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date
• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process
• Utilize financial software like NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Yardi for various accounting tasks
• Keep track of all customer credit applications, processing them accurately and efficiently
• Maintain customer credit records with utmost precision
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts and credit applications in a detail oriented and timely manner.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar
• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations
• Demonstrated skills in performing bank reconciliations
• Proficient in managing and maintaining the general ledger
• Experience in preparing and posting journal entries
• Proficient in conducting month-end close procedures
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks accounting software
• Bilingual a plus
• Knowledge of Yardi property management software is a plus
