Position Overview:
As an Automotive Tire Technician, you will be responsible for handling various tire-related tasks, including installation, balancing, and repairs. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for automotive service, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tire installations, including mounting and balancing
- Diagnose and repair tire issues such as punctures, leaks, and tread wear.
- Inspect and assess the condition of tires and recommend replacements or repairs as needed.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to ensure accurate and efficient tire services.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures and protocols.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in tire technology.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar automotive role is preferred.
- Knowledge of tire brands, types, and repair techniques.
- Ability to operate tire-changing and balancing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
