We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with accounting skills to join our clients team in Clifton Park, New York. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the finance industry. As a member of our accounting team, you will be mainly focusing on customer service, invoice processing, data entry, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

This role is a 30 hour work week.

Responsibilities:

Accurately process invoices, ensuring all relevant data is correctly entered
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed
Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy of all entries
Utilize Excel formulas for efficient data processing and management
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations
Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) management
Exceptional customer service skills
Competency in data entry tasks
Familiarity with Excel formulas
Experience with invoice processing tasks
