A growing CPA firm in Belair, MD is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Receptionist to join their team! The primary job duties in this role including greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, gathering documents for monthly and quarterly clients, scanning scheduling appointments, answering phones, gathering documents for monthly and quarterly clients, tax documents, scanning documents into their portal, and general clerical support.
The ideal candidate is a team player, friendly, and dedicated. Must have strong MS Excel skills!
- Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy
