- Efficient and accurate processing of customer orders
- Maintaining precise records of customer accounts
- Swift resolution of any customer inquiries
- Monitoring customer accounts to ensure they are up-to-date and taking appropriate action when required
- Utilization of ADP and CRM for customer management
- Handling of inbound calls from customers and providing satisfactory resolutions
- Managing relationships with vendors effectively
- Leveraging ERP Solutions and SixWheel for managing customer orders and accounts.
- Proficiency with ADP
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Ability to handle answering inbound calls effectively and professionally
- Previous experience with order entry tasks
- Proven abilities to manage vendor relationships efficiently and effectively
