Global Operations Specialist, Cell Therapy Scheduling & Logistics Pharma (Remote-EST, US)
We are seeking a Global Operations Specialist, Cell Therapy Scheduling & Logistics for a global pharmaceutical company. You will be the primary point of contact for manufacturing and logistics partners, both internally and externally over the weekends.The specialist will be responsible for monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of the client's clinical and commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products. The specialist will resolve time operational issues related to transportation, manufacturing, distribution, and administration.
This is a 40-hour per-week, 12-month contract (extensions possible), 100% remote role.
Work schedule: 3 overnight shifts, Friday night - Monday morning, 8 pm - 9 am EST.
Initial Training Schedule: Around 5 weeks, M-F around 9-5. Will need to be flexible with start and end times during training for the regional training with APAC and EU.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Act as initial and primary scheduling point of contact for apheresis centers, manufacturing sites,
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners to ensure best-in class customer service is delivered to our patient treatment centers around the world.
- Create and maintain patient schedules in coordination with apheresis centers, manufacturing sites,
- Monitor collection, delivery, transportation, and manufacturing activities
- Troubleshoot and develop plans of action for issues throughout the patient journey
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders over the phone and email
- Execute urgent escalations and facilitate product returns and product replacements
- Input and maintain transactional data related to patient schedules within BMS's scheduling system
- Provide real-time scheduling portal support to external user
- Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system
- Provide on-call and holiday support as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience in scheduling, planning, operations, logistics, and/or supply chain
- Must have strong proficiency with Office 365 software, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience working in Salesforce CRM, APEX, Oracle, SAP, and/or other comparable planning/scheduling/execution systems is preferred
- Experience working in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree

Compensation: $35/hr - $41.42/hr
