Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have Music or Entertainment experience and have experience supporting a high-level executive with discretion and confidentiality. Must be very efficient and highly attuned to the smallest of details. Multi-tasking and working on tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment is crucial.No task is too small and no challenge too great. A "can-do" attitude is essential. Prior marketing and/or administrative experience in a professional environment is ideal.
Duties- Manage the schedule
- Set up meetings, conference calls
- Handle administrative duties
- Process travel & entertainment expenses
- Book travel, accommodations, car services
- Create and maintain presentations and other project work as assigned
- Invoice payments
- Book travel, arranging meetings and conference calls, covering phone lines, managing calendars, and coordinating verbal and email requests.
- Assist in the updating of department/artists' calendars, timelines, schedules
- Order, manage, and maintain office supply inventories
- Remote Until the stay at home order is lifted , then onsite
- Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of the company at all levels including Senior Management
- Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with external partners
Skills:
- Strong administrative, organizational and creative skills
- Strong computer skills are a plus understanding of Microsoft Office and basic audio/video formats is essential
- Strong PowerPoint Skills is a must
- Ability to work under high pressure and speed
- Great social and interpersonal skills
- Ability to keep information highly confidential
- Must be flexible and able to multi-task
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Shift Hours Vary
- May work nights & weekends
- Remote position until the stay at home order is lifted
- Forward thinker
- The ability to take the initiative & can anticipate the next steps ahead.
- Must have a high level of professionalism and can handle confidential and sensitive client data accordingly.
