We are on the search for an Executive Assistant in the Healthcare/NHS industry, situated in NEW YORK, New York, United States. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, providing key administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements using Concur.
- Maintain an accurate and efficient system for calendar management.
- Provide support in setting up and managing Cisco Webex Meetings.
- Ensure effective communication within and outside the team.
- Handle and organize conference calls efficiently.
- Draft and manage correspondence effectively.
- Use CRM to maintain accurate customer records.
- Process customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Utilize the Kronos Timekeeping System and ADP - Financial Services for relevant tasks.
- Provide agenda support for meetings and events.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the Healthcare/NHS industry
- Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings, demonstrating ability to coordinate and manage virtual meetings
- Knowledge of Concur, showing ability to handle travel and expense management
- Proficiency in CRM, demonstrating ability to manage customer relationships and databases
- Familiarity with Kronos Timekeeping System, indicating experience with workforce management
- Experience with About Time, signaling capability to manage project time tracking and job costing
- Proven skills in Calendar Management, demonstrating ability to schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with executives, staff, and external contacts effectively
- Experience in coordinating Conference Calls, showing ability to handle multiple participants and agendas
- Proficiency in handling Correspondence, indicating ability to manage detail oriented communication via emails, letters, reports, etc.
