About Our Client

This position will report directly to the Head of the Building Division and will play a critical role in our ongoing growth initiatives.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects while ensuring strict adherence to client confidentiality.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals while safeguarding sensitive information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and confidentiality.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of construction project management experience.
- Demonstrated success in high-tech industrial and manufacturing projects, specifically in healthcare, labs, and clean rooms.
- Proficiency in project management software, including Procore, P6, and BIM/VDC.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
