Physician - Neonatology - 9.14
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physician specializing in Neonatology to join our team. The ideal candidate should be board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatology and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to newborns in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive care to critically ill or premature infants in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
- Conducting thorough examinations and assessments of newborns
- Developing and implementing treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for newborns
- Communicating effectively with parents and family members regarding the care and progress of their newborns
- Participating in teaching and mentoring activities for medical students, residents, and other healthcare providers
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of residency in pediatrics and fellowship in neonatology
- Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
- Current state medical licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
