Product Manager

We are inviting applications for a Product Manager to join our team in Kissimmee, Florida. This role is pivotal in leading the development of innovative digital products that enhance customer experiences. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, identifying business goals, and understanding customer needs to drive business growth.

• Define product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet quantifiable business goals and objectives.
• Analyze and empathize with customers to understand their needs and pain points through user interviews, business interviews, and analysis of internal data.
• Develop unique value propositions for user persona and buyer persona based on thorough understanding and research.
• Monitor and act on key product analytics to continually improve the product, increase retention rate, and boost customer lifetime value.
• Write feature briefs that synthesize customer and business needs into a cohesive strategy and business case.
• Develop, review, and edit comprehensive user stories that include functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria to ensure that product features are clearly defined.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to assess product performance.
• Lead and maintain feature and backlog development, attending planning ceremonies to drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks.
• Collaborate closely with User Experience Designers, engineering, marketing, operations, and executive stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and launch with a focus on product interface and user experience.
• Regularly communicate progress, developments, risks, and issues impacting the project to all relevant stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Marketing
• Solid understanding of Operations and Planning
• Ability to use Analytics tools effectively
• Experience in Review and Design processes
• Proficiency in Project Management
• Track record of driving Progress in a digital environment
• Background in Engineering and Metric Reporting
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience in managing Stakeholders and Partners
• Experience in dealing with C-Suite executives
• Proficiency in KPI Reporting
