IF you have extensive business development and sales experience with polyurethanes, plastics, rubbers, elastomers coatings, sealants, adhesives, then apply! As the Business Development Manager for R&D, youll focus on:
Partnering with new business opportunities to develop and create new formulas for their products.
Offering your technical expertise & providing recommendations to customers and the sales teams.
Developing a pipeline of new business.
Monitor & assist the production team as new products are manufactured.
Assist in scaling up operations for new products.
Attend customer meetings, events, trade fairs, and conferences to create contacts.
Monitor market trends and develop new business ideas.
Support the sales force in technical discussions with customers.
Minimum requirements for this R&D Business development Manager:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
At least 5 years of experience in technical sales or R&D business development
Hands-on experience with lab development process
Excellent communication. Organizational, time management, and follow through skills
Understanding Polymer Form, Fit, and Function.
