Work with Data and Analytics Engineering (D&AE) team to devise software solutions that provide actionable insights to internal and external business partners and customers. Assist in design and build of strategic Next Generation client reporting application used for Reporting, Analytics, and Data Exploration.
Partner with program leads, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts for initiatives that support strategic goals centered on affordability, growth, and retention of clients and quality of care. Articulate clear business objectives aligned to technical specifications and provide expert content on complex software engineering projects.

Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus five years of experience in software development/engineering or a masters or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus three years of experience in software development/engineering.Must have experience with: COBOL and JCL; DB2; z/OS, TSO, ISPF, and SPUFI; SAS development, SAS analytics, and SAS statistics; SAS Procedures and SAS Macros; UNIX; Shell scripting; Back-end and front-end aspects of development process; Angular; HTML5; CSS3; Developing API back ends using Node.js and GraphQL.
