We are in search of an HR Recruiter to join our team in Carrollton, Texas. This role provides an opportunity for a contract to hire employment scenario. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the recruitment process, including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and handling inquiries.
You will also monitor accounts and take appropriate actions.
Responsibilities:
- Use various tools such as ADP
- Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS
- Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and Careerbuilder for recruitment processes.
- Manage and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate customer credit records and update the Applicant Track System accordingly.
- Perform thorough Background Checks as part of the recruitment process.
- Oversee Benefit Functions and ensure they align with company policies and guidelines.
- Exhibit excellent Communication skills when interacting with potential candidates or responding to inquiries.
- Utilize the CRM system effectively for customer relationship management.
- Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action based on account status.
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment strategies and tools, including 'About Time' software.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Proficiency in ADP
- Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Familiarity with Careerbuilder platform
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Experience with About Time software
- Understanding of Applicant Track System
- Ability to conduct Background Checks
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions
- Excellent Communication skills
