Accounts Receivable Specialist

The B2B Collections Analyst will work closely with the sales and accounting teams to manage accounts, monitor aging reports, and develop strategies to reduce outstanding debts.

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collections
• Review and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts
• Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding payments
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payment
• Address and resolve client queries and disputes related to billing and payments
• Negotiate payment plans or settlements within company guidelines
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
