Business Analyst

L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Business Analyst. Responsibilities include:-Engaging in requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis, supporting conceptual and detailed design efforts, and facilitating business process conversion in support of transitioning the a legacy system to a new system, ensuring a smooth transition for all users.-Assisting in the testing of builds of the new system's functionality.-Assisting with first level help desk queries.-Management by assisting senior staff with developing user manuals/training materials, assisting agency users with conversion efforts, and assisting all users with the transition.
