Payroll Specialist

The position involves not only handling payroll but also auditing and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to manage and process payroll efficiently.
• Manage the 401k - RRSP Administration process.
• Perform regular auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing.
• Support accounting functions as needed within the team.
• Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries from employees.
• Use Banner software to maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
• Handle domestic payroll operations and ensure all transactions adhere to company policies and standards.
• Oversee benefit functions related to payroll.
• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
• Knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce
• Skilled in 401k - RRSP Administration
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Proficient in Accounting Functions
• Experience in Auditing
• Able to handle Benefit Functions
• Knowledge of Banner software
• Experience in Domestic Payroll
