Responsibilities:
The Grill Cook wiill be responsible for:
- preparing quality food according to established food safety policies in a sanitary environment.
- Grilling in a cafeteria style environment.
- Receiving orders, preparing food and working with the public at the same time.
- Serving hotline
- Replenishing and stocking
- Shifts will be variable but primarily days and rotating weekends.
Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience- Two (2) years experience in food service with commercial, institutional cooking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets desired.
- Grilling experience
- Multi-tasking skills
- County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
