responsibilities:
- Provide basic colleague technical support including but not limited to:
- Computer hardware diagnostic, troubleshooting, configuration, and refresh.
- Software installation and troubleshooting.
- Voice and video network diagnostic and repair.
- Mobile device configuration, training, and diagnosis.
