Position Overview:
The Payroll Project Manager will manage complex enterprise projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves planning, execution, and control of projects, collaborating with senior management, and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain key project documents such as plans, requirements, and communication strategies.
- Communicate project progress and resolve issues with stakeholders.
- Ensure the project life cycle is adhered to and deliverables meet quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Project Management

- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Experience in payroll operations and Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management)
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10-15 years of project management experience with expertise in Oracle Cloud implementations.
