Centerline Communications LLC, is seeking is a Project Coordinator for our L&A (Line & Antenna) division in the Northeast region. We continue to expand our team of well-respected individuals that are interested in contributing their skills and vision to our team-oriented organization.We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator who will, organize and manage all project close out packages and deliverables to our customers. Under the direction of our VP of Construction the selected individual would work with an existing team of project managers and technicians to provide services to clients in the Northeast.

Responsibilities:
What You Will Do- Coordinate, track, and communicate closeout documents, including CCA’s from site engineer
- Update and maintain data integrity through companies and client’s databases and trackers
- Attend weekly status meetings with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Assist in preparing project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets
- Receive requests from client and effectively communicate among stakeholders
- Complete closeout documentation (redline documents, photos, etc)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
What You Will Need- High School Diploma
- Candidates must possess excellent organiztional skills and able to juggle mutiple customer deadlines. This role is working with the customer service and giving them the deliverable of a project once completed. Apositive can-do attitude with a willingness to see the big picture; excellent work ethic and communication skills
- Knowledge of Telecom industry, Utility Management, Engineering or construction a plus
- Ability to provide pro-active internal & external support to the project managers and construction supervisors
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks across many projects in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate at executive/management level and at an operational level
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills necessary; QuickBase software preferred but not required
- This position is based in Raynham MA
Expected salaried compensation would be $55,000 - $75,000/year plus benefits including medical, vision, and dental benefits, and 401k matching retirement plan available for eligible employees. Compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as an individual’s education, training, experience, skills, geographic location, seniority, merit, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need.
Working Conditions
Requires the ability to sit for extended periods, stand, bend, walk, communicate via telephone, computer and/or face-to-face contact, vision to monitor, and use basic office equipment such as a personal computer, copier and fax machines regularly during the course of work.May be required to operate vehicle for Company business. Work is performed predominately in an office environment but may required to be in the field as needed.
