General Summary & Scope
  • Organize brand submissions and samples, documenting feedback from core category teams.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating brand meetings.
  • Manage SKU accuracy according to Merchant's discretion, including shelf tag requests and product description changes.
  • Initiate offers for promotions in Promo Advisor, inputting all SKUs and finalizing with the pricing team.
  • Execute marketing sign requests and proofing, maintaining organized product samples and digital assets for accuracy.
  • Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and managing SKU coding changes.
  • Prepare store memos and communication requests, responding proactively to help desk tickets.
  • Provide administrative support for brand contact maintenance and vendor meetings as required.
