Our client in 18947 zip code area has an immediate need for a Contracts Specialist. This position will start immediately, 1 day on site in 18947, and 4 days working remotely. In this role you will manage the delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to contract and data security questionnaire requests from customers and prospects.

As part of the responsibilities, the Contracts Specialist will manage the contracts group inbox, review contracts alongside our legal partner, and communicate contract requirements to internal teams to ensure seamless implementation for new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing and responding to contract requests, including master service agreements, amendments, purchase orders, and data security questionnaires.

Collaborating with content, pricing, and company's legal partner to ensure that proposed changes to contracts align with internal policies, practices, procedures, and customer requirements.

Monitoring and prioritizing requests in the contracts group inbox.

Coordinating contract review with our outside legal partner, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer contracts.

Collaborating with the IT team for timely and accurate responses to data security questionnaire.

Engaging with the Marketing team to align contract language and data security language with other key areas of the RFP.

Uploading, tagging, and making contracts searchable in ContractWorks.

Updating data security policies and procedures proactively and regularly.

Consistent brand positioning and messaging in contract commentary.

Regularly creating and pulling reports from ContractWorks, and sharing these reports with the Sales team and other internal departments as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

BA/BS degree in paralegal studies, communication, or other business-related field.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal environment, preferably with experience in technical and legal documents.

Experience either in business to business, or business to consumer environments.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with ContractWorks or similar contract management system preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team in a fast-paced environment.

High level of integrity and professional commitment.

Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively within set deadlines, and independently make appropriate judgment calls.
