Job Title: Revenue Cycle Specialist
Duties:
- Review and reconcile patient accounts, ensuring accurate claim submissions.
- Resolve claim edits, denials, and correspondence promptly.
- Process payments, adjustments, and refunds accurately in patient accounting systems.
- Coordinate with patients to establish payment plans and provide billing support.
- Create and review aging reports, following up with insurance companies and patients to resolve overdue accounts.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all billing activities and attend relevant training.
