The Role

The Comfort Consultant is responsible for providing heating and cooling replacement solutions to homeowners. The ideal candidate has the ability to be personally connected to each client and offer the right solutions to fulfill each client’s needs.

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?
  • Promote our brand through adherence to WCA Group Core Values.
  • Establish trust through building credibility, rapport and demonstrating empathy with clients.
  • Confidently present your proposal educating your client with accurate and adequate information about our products and pricing.
  • Close the sale ensuring the client and the company’s needs are met.
  • Follow-up appropriately on sales calls and disposition accurately in paperwork.
  • Execute the Comfort Consultant Sales Process on each and every call.

Qualifications:

Do I Have What it Takes?
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year in home sales experience in the residential service industry OR minimum 1 year business to consumers sales.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
