As a key leader within Product Management Group (PMG), you will focus on scaling Sourcing solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients, enhancing user experience, and leveraging AI to transform sourcing and contracting processes. This role offers a clear leadership trajectory, positioning you as a trusted second-in-command to the Head of Product Management, with increasing ownership over market expansion, customer engagement, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Market Growth Strategy
  • Define and execute the Sourcing roadmap, focusing on Autonomous Sourcing, Supplier Discovery, RFx Automation, Contracting, and Negotiation AI.
  • Identify opportunities for global expansion, targeting enterprise procurement teams and mid-market organizations.
  • Drive AI-powered enhancements to optimize sourcing cycles, automate contract workflows, and improve supplier collaboration.
  • Develop strategies to increase product adoption, focusing on customer retention, upsell opportunities, and feature expansion.
Customer-Centric Innovation
  • Engage with CPOs, procurement leaders, and sourcing managers to identify challenges and drive AI-driven solutions.
  • Partner with UX, Engineering, and Data Science teams to develop intuitive, high-impact product features.
  • Build deep expertise in user personas, procurement workflows, and supplier engagement to shape customer-driven innovation.
Execution & Delivery
  • Own end-to-end product execution, ensuring seamless alignment between strategy, roadmap, and engineering delivery.
  • Establish key performance metrics, including sourcing cycle time reduction, contract execution efficiency, and supplier engagement rates.
  • Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing Sourcing product team, fostering a culture of customer-centric product thinking.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales to drive go-to-market success.
  • Influence senior stakeholders with compelling product narratives, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations.
Industry Thought Leadership & Engagement
  • Act as a thought leader in procurement digitalization, representing GEP at industry forums, customer advisory boards, and executive briefings.
  • Stay ahead of market trends in AI-powered sourcing, supplier risk management, and contract intelligence.
  • Drive customer education and thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.

What you should bring:

  • 15+ years of experience, including 8+ years in product management, with expertise in Sourcing Products.
  • MBA from a top-tier school to support business acumen, strategic leadership, and executive communication.
  • Proven success in scaling Sourcing products, driving adoption across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including executive briefings, sales enablement, and advisory board leadership.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
