Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
• Handle the preparation and review of balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Conduct thorough account analysis to track financial activities.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and organize financial data.
• Execute ad-hoc projects as needed to support the accounting team.
• Ensure all accounting activities are in compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize accounting software systems to automate and streamline processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries to maintain a record of business transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve accounting processes and procedures.
• Must hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Software Systems
• Proficient in all Accounting Functions
• Experience in Month End Close and Month-end Journal Entries
• Ability to perform Monthly Bank Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
• Strong skills in Account Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
• Certification such as CPA is desirable.
