Senior Financial Analyst

Robert Half has partnered with a long-standing large manufacturing firm in North Denver in search of a Senior Financial Analyst. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategies of the company, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis (FP& A), sales analysis, and participation in special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.
- Conduct regular forecasting and variance analysis to ensure financial goals are met.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A):
- Provide insightful analysis on financial performance and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial decision-making.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize pricing and promotional strategies.
- Lead and contribute to various ad-hoc financial projects.
- Provide financial expertise on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role in a mid to large size company.
- Strong proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Preferred experience with Power BI, Hyperion, SQL, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with mid to large size ERP systems is a must.
