We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Systems Engineer in Dallas, Texas. This role primarily revolves around the administration and implementation of Microsoft 365, Azure cloud infrastructure, Microsoft Intune, and VMWare products, in addition to providing tier 3 troubleshooting support for a range of systems and network issues.

Responsibilities include:

• Administering and implementing Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure
• Providing ongoing support for client's Microsoft infrastructure
• Implementing and supporting Microsoft Intune
• Carrying out Office 365 email migrations
• Implementing and administering business solutions primarily using Microsoft technology
• Administering and implementing virtual environments for both desktops and servers based on Microsoft and VMWare products
• Configuring and managing enterprise applications such as Active Directory, SQL, SharePoint, and third-party applications
• Providing tier 3 troubleshooting support for various systems and network issues
• Documenting systems and transferring knowledge to our support team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure and VMware
• Experience with Data Center Infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of MS Office 365
• Experienced in Cisco Networking
• Familiarity with Firewall systems
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Systems Engineering are preferred
