Responsibilities- Manage work orders for units
- Assist with filing project
- Work closely with tenants on any issues
- Payment/billing issues for tenants
- Greeting visitors
- Assisting in drafting email, communications, and data entry
- Help with scheduling maintenance issues
Qualifications:
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Fluent in Spanish required
- Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and organizational skills
