Senior Project Manager

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex water and wastewater engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from initial concept through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Lead and manage water and wastewater projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction phases
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to contract requirements
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
• Oversee the preparation of engineering reports, feasibility studies, design documents, and construction plans
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring team members are engaged and contributing to project success
