How you will make an impact:
- Handling all aspects of full cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Collecting and analyzing information including resolving discrepancies
- Reconciling employee deductions and other liabilities
- Handling specific weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports for department heads
- Previous experience handling high volume accounts receivable, billing, accounts payable, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills
- Foundational knowledge in reconciliations
- Financial Edge / Blackbaud experience required
- Experienced in basic accounting principles and solid financial acumen
