Responsibilities:
- Proactively source potential candidates in various markets.
- Build and maintain candidate lists across these markets.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Engage in data entry related to recruitment activities.
- Understand and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms such as CareerBuilder and Applicant Track System for sourcing candidates.
- Communicate effectively with potential candidates and internal teams.
- Monitor and manage recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Adapt recruitment strategies as necessary to ensure a steady flow of experience in candidates.
- Candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar HR Recruiter role.
- Proficiency in using Careerbuilder for job posting and candidate sourcing is necessary.
- Experience with Applicant Track System is required to manage recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively interact with potential candidates and internal teams.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter as a sourcing tool is a must.
- Candidate should have a solid understanding and hands-on experience with Recruitment - Sourcing.
- Applicant must have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Should have strong decision-making skills.
- The candidate must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
