We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. We are inviting applications for the role of an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be supporting operations management and will be expected to demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Manager
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain accurate records through meticulous data entry
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone and email
- Schedule appointments and meetings as per the requirements of the operations manager
- Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Show a high level of initiative in managing additional administrative duties as they arise. • Proficient in answering inbound calls, effectively dealing with queries and providing excellent customer service.
- Demonstrable experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring clear and detail-oriented communication with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing information and assistance as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and modify spreadsheets.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, including managing emails, calendars, and contact information.
- Skilled in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create engaging and informative presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents.
- Experience in scheduling appointments, ensuring the smooth running of the office and appropriate allocation of resources.
