HR Generalist

We are actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist who has hands-on experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems, particularly Micros. This role will be crucial in the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs in the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Administer various HR plans and procedures for company personnel; assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
2. Coordinate employee benefits enrollment, maintain employee benefits records and provide timely reports.
3. Aid in recruitment efforts for all personnel, conduct new-employee orientations and write and place job ads.
4. Assist in evaluation of reports related to employee data and information for improvements in HR.
5. Perform customer service functions by responding to employee inquiries and requests.
6. Utilize Micros or other POS systems to track and manage all HR related data and activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
3. Direct experience with Micros or other POS systems.
4. Knowledge of employee relations, payroll, benefits, and recruitment.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a high level of attention to detail.
