We are seeking experienced mental health professionals to be part of our expanding team. Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Serve as a key resource for clients, ensuring their treatment journey is seamless and effective.
• Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and update progress notes as required.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of counseling experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
