The Clinical Development Coordinator will support the Clinical Development team, contributing to program development, team coordination, and quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:

- Support the Clinical Development team in project activities and maintain organized documentation on shared platforms.
- Collaborate with project leaders to monitor and assess project progress, assisting with change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program protocols, state and federal regulations, and organizational policies.
- Act as a liaison between the Clinical Development team and corporate departments for purchases, invoicing, onboarding, and record management.

- Assist in the facilitation of meetings, training sessions, and team events as needed, ensuring alignment with clinical standards.
- Provide logistical support for clinical programs at external events and maintain professional relationships with community and clinical partners.
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
- Conduct regular reviews of clinical protocols, ensuring they align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required. 2 years of experience in clinical or mental/healthcare administrative tasks, project coordination and clinical team support services preferred. Knowledge of clinical protocols and mental healthcare documentation standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
