Job Description- Oversee day-to-day site operations for commercial interior projects in NYC.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with NYC DOB regulations and building codes.
- Lead and manage subcontractors and field staff to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate inspections, permits, and approvals from the NYC DOB.
- Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and quality control.
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure project success.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on project progress.

The Successful Applicant- Valid NYC DOB Superintendent License required.
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, specifically in commercial interiors.
- In-depth knowledge of NYC building codes, DOB regulations, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
