Job Description
Project Planning: Leading the development of project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements specific to healthcare facilities.
Cost Estimation: Conducting thorough cost analyses and preparing detailed estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses to inform budgeting decisions.
Design Collaboration: Collaborating with architects and engineers to review and refine designs, ensuring they meet both functional and regulatory standards for healthcare environments.
Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and address any concerns or questions during the pre-construction phase.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and challenges early in the planning process, developing strategies to mitigate them, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Scheduling: Creating detailed project schedules that outline critical milestones and deadlines, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion of pre-construction activities.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all pre-construction activities, including meetings, agreements, and design changes, to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the process.
