We are seeking a seasoned Lead Flooring Installer with a passion for craftsmanship to lead our installation teams. In this role, you will oversee the entire flooring installation process, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.With your expertise in hardwood and vinyl flooring, you will guide and mentor junior installers, manage job site activities, and collaborate closely with clients to bring their vision to life.
