EPC Sales Executive - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
The focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Southeast region. You will be responsible for providing strategic thought leadership, developing strategic sales plans, leading prepositioning efforts, and driving successful capture of new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell design and construction services to pharmaceutical manufacturing clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key corporate players, focused on the Southeast region.
- Identify new business opportunities, engage in prepositioning efforts, and manage capture strategies to secure contracts.
- Successfully drive effort to ensure collaborative Strategic Account Planning and Strategic Opportunity Planning
- Collaborate closely with multiple business units to create integrated service offerings and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Work with clients to understand their project requirements and translate them into actionable plans, providing strategic consultation as needed.
- Identify potential clients and lead initiatives for enhanced business development performance and efficiencies for continued growth.
- Perform on-going market research and analysis to access potential client needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement account plans to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Provide hands-on support during prepositioning and capture phases to ensure successful outcomes.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast region to assist with business develop and pursuit activities, participate in presentations to cultivate new and ongoing business endeavors
- - • Bachelor’s degree in business, architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- • 15+ years of progressive sales experience working in the AEC industry, with a track-record of successfully meeting revenue targets, developing and cultivating client relationships, building strategic partnerships.
- Expertise in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industries: A deep understanding of the regulatory environment and client needs in these sectors.
- Established client relationships with top tier corporate sponsors and executives, specifically within the Southeast U.S. region.
- Proven ability to sell design and construction services, ideally within industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Strong strategic planning skills with experience in execution and hands-on leadership during business capture efforts.
- Excellent collaboration skills: Able to work across different business groups to create cohesive and compelling proposals.
- A demonstrated ability to drive business growth through prepositioning and capture management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-maker
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of AEC project development
