Job Description

As the Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Triad you'll be at the heart of exciting, large-scale construction projects. You'll work closely with the Superintendent to drive the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Superintendent in managing daily construction operations and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and vendors, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
  • Monitoring and maintaining safety standards and quality control throughout the construction process.
  • Keeping projects on schedule by resolving issues and adapting to changing site conditions.
  • Ensuring all work complies with local building codes and regulations.

  • 3-5+ years of construction experience in multifamily or commercial projects with a solid understanding of building systems, materials, and processes
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with various teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration on site
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and local building codes to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
  • Ability to proactively address and resolve issues that may impact project timeline, budget, or quality
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools to track project progress, documentation, and reporting
