Job Description
As the Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Triad you'll be at the heart of exciting, large-scale construction projects. You'll work closely with the Superintendent to drive the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to grow their careers and be part of a team that is shaping the next generation of mixed-use and residential spaces.
The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Superintendent in managing daily construction operations and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Coordinating subcontractors and vendors, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
- Monitoring and maintaining safety standards and quality control throughout the construction process.
- Keeping projects on schedule by resolving issues and adapting to changing site conditions.
- Ensuring all work complies with local building codes and regulations.

Key qualifications for Assistant Superintendent include:
- 3-5+ years of construction experience in multifamily or commercial projects with a solid understanding of building systems, materials, and processes

- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and local building codes to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Ability to proactively address and resolve issues that may impact project timeline, budget, or quality
