Frozen Yogurt is location in Hollywood for team members. You may also apply in person.

Important: Minimum age of 20 years old. Starting Hourly wage is $12 per hour .

Sunday from 3:30 to 9:30 pm

As a Team Member, Some of your core activities will include, but not be limited to:

• Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments
• Clean-up and organize customer area, production area, and back-room / storage
• Prepare and re-stock ingredients
• Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures

In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:

• Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests
• Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu
• Weigh all cups and ingredients in our recipes before mixing and/or serving the guests
• Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance
• Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform

• Require a work authorization for the United States.
• Must be at least 20 years of age
• Willing to perform all assigned activities
• Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
• Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care
• Prior customer service experience a plus but not required
• Evening and Night shift
