You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

• Keep track of office supplies and food, making orders when necessary to ensure the office is always well-stocked
• Leverage Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to perform data entry tasks and manage email correspondence
• Use your strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service to all office visitors
