Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day support for our HR program
- Manage and respond to all incoming calls and emails, escalating issues as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to recruiters, TA Leads, and Hiring Managers
- Approve timesheets and expenses, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle any issues related to our invoice system
- Conduct audits and validation as part of our HR function
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software for various tasks
- Maintain a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Exhibit strong customer service skills in all interactions
- Use Microsoft Excel proficiently to manage data and create reports. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Human Resources (HR) Administration
- Knowledge of hiring processes and prescreening techniques
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Familiarity with auditing, expense reporting, and invoice processing
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to use validation plans and STEP 7
- Ability to handle tasks related to time sheets and FMC
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Experience with A Plus software is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
