Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will work primarily with other trades people in a predominantly residential setting
- Undertake assigned tasks including, but not restricted to, fundamental HVAC and electrical duties
- Home wiring diagnostics and repairs; panel replacement; remodeling projects
- Engage in effective communication with colleagues and clients
- Assess scenarios and implement suitable corrective measures
- Capability to execute basic arithmetic calculations requisite in the profession
- Awareness of workplace safety significance, adherence to safety protocols, practicing secure work habits, utilizing the right safety gear, and reporting unsafe scenarios to the respective supervisor
- Acquaintance with trade-centric tools necessary for the role at hand
