Deputy Program Manager Engineering
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position:
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As Deputy Program Manager Engineering (DPME) you’ll be responsible for integrating Developing mission-critical systems that help keep people safe is what we do. What you’ll experience:
- Plans and monitors the authorized engineering work
- Assists in staffing the project team with the appropriate engineering personnel and
- Fosters cross-functional collaboration and builds project consensus
- May oversee performance, cost, scope and schedule for all engineering efforts (including
- Identifies, develops, analyzes, and reports engineering project measures
- Ensures that total system requirements are validated
- Ensures that total system is integrated, tested and verified
- Ensures all project deliverables (including documentation) are developed with high
- Develops and maintains engineering plans as required by the project
- Helps manage the engineering related risks and opportunities of the project
- Ensures that all engineering processes to be used adhere to established engineering
practices

Salary Note:This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
Combined Salary Range: USD $119,751.60 - USD $132,849.40 /Yr.
